RageScape · Oceanside, CA
We want everyone to be able to book with us, sign a waiver, and take part. This page sets out what we are aiming for, where we currently fall short, and how to reach a person who can help.

Section 01
Jardine Entertainment LLC d/b/a RageScape is committed to making our website and our venue usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, magnification, voice control, keyboard-only navigation, or captions.
We treat accessibility as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time project. Nobody should have to explain their disability to take part in something we sell to everyone else.
Section 02
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That is the benchmark referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act and California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act, and it is the one we measure ourselves against.
We are not claiming that every page currently meets it. Parts of this site were built before we adopted that standard, and parts of it are supplied by other companies whose code we do not control. Saying otherwise would be easy and would be untrue. If you hit a barrier, it is a real barrier and we want to know about it — see Section 03.
Section 03
To be straightforward about that last point: a toolbar of that kind is a convenience for some visitors. It is not a substitute for the site itself being accessible, and we do not treat it as one. Where the underlying page is wrong, we fix the page.
Section 04
Listing these is more useful to you than a blanket claim of compliance:
Section 05
If anything on this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, you do not have to work around it. Contact us and a member of staff will do it with you or for you — including booking your session, taking payment, completing the waiver, and answering questions about the experiences.
There is no charge for assistance, and you do not need to tell us why you need it.
Section 06
Here is what the building is actually like, so you can decide before you book rather than find out on arrival.
Breaking things makes a mess, and debris on the floor changes how easy the room is to move around in. Ask staff to sweep at any point and they will — as many times as you want, at no charge, and without it eating into your session. You do not need to give a reason.
This is the one with a real physical demand: the puzzles involve handling pieces of various sizes, and some of them ask for finger dexterity. That is not a barrier here. Tell staff and they will pause your game clock while they help — including entering codes for you once you have worked them out. Solving the puzzle is your achievement; the fiddly part is ours to take care of.
Staff are on hand throughout and will help in whatever way makes the visit work for you. If you would like to talk any of it through beforehand, contact us and we will describe anything this page does not cover.
If we ever cannot make a particular activity work safely for you, we will say so plainly rather than let you find out on arrival.
Section 07
We aim to reply within two business days. If your message is about something blocking a booking or a waiver, say so and we will treat it as urgent — and in the meantime we can take the booking and payment directly by phone.
We would rather hear it than not. Email ragescaperooms@gmail.com and tell us:
None of that is required — write as much or as little as you like — but it helps us reproduce the problem and fix it rather than guess at it.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility messages within five business days, and to tell you what we intend to do and roughly when. Suggestions for improving the site are just as welcome as reports of things that are broken.
Section 08
We review this statement when the site changes materially and at least once a year. The date at the top is the last review, not the date it was first written, and previous versions are retained.
Axe throwing and line dance at the same address are run by Chopscape LLC, a separate company. If you are visiting Chopscape as well, its accessibility statement is at chopscape.com.
This statement describes our current practices and the standard we are working toward. It is not a legal opinion and it is not a claim of full conformance with any standard. Jardine Entertainment LLC, Oceanside, California.
