This notice explains how Jardine Entertainment LLC (Ragescape) and Chopscape LLC (Chopscape) collect and use personal information about host partners in the Ragescape & Chopscape Host Partners program. It also explains what we show you about guests. Our general website privacy policy is here.
Held by Stripe, not us: your bank account, identity verification documents, Social Security or tax ID number and W-9 information. Stripe uses these under the Stripe Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
For each booking credited to you, your portal shows the visit date, the venue, the service booked, the booking status and your fee. We do not show guests' names, emails, phone numbers or payment details. Scan counts are anonymous: a scan is counted using a scrambled one-way code made from the visitor's IP address, browser and the date, so we can count unique scans without knowing who scanned. To check for self-referrals, we compare scrambled versions of a guest's email and phone with yours; we never show you the result for any guest.
When a guest opens a host link, our website saves that host's code in a small first-party cookie (rshr_ref) on the guest's browser for 30 days, so the guest's discount and the host's credit follow them to our booking and Bundle & Save pages. It contains only the code, is not used for advertising, and can be cleared in the browser at any time.

Business branding. If you add a business name, welcome line or logo to a rental, it is shown publicly on that rental's guest page and printed card after we approve it. We keep the submitted image files while your branding is in use and delete replaced or declined logos.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and have not done so in the last 12 months.
We keep your account information while your account is open. After it closes we keep payment, fee and tax records, the audit log and your agreement records for 7 years for tax, accounting and legal purposes, and delete or anonymise other information within 12 months. Anonymous scan counts may be kept longer as statistics.
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, along with the right to limit use of sensitive information (we only use it to pay you and meet legal duties) and the right not to be treated differently for using these rights. We may need to keep some records even after a deletion request, as explained above. To make a request, email info@ragescaperooms.com or open a support request in your portal. We will confirm your identity using your account email and reply within 45 days. You may use an authorised agent with your signed permission.
We protect the portal with encrypted connections, hashed passwords, rate limits on logins and cash-outs, and an audit log of sensitive actions. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password that you do not use elsewhere.
The Program is only for adults aged 18 or over, and we do not knowingly collect information from children for it.
If we change this notice in a meaningful way we will email you and update the date above.
