How To Claim It

  1. Ask us for your codeCall or text 760-585-5652, or email ragescaperooms@gmail.com, and we will send you your 15% discount code. We do not post the code publicly.
  2. Use it when you bookEnter the code at checkout when you book online, or just give it to us if you book over the phone.
  3. Bring photo IDBring the ID that shows your service: military or veteran ID, DD-214, department or agency ID, hospital badge, or school district ID. We check it when you arrive.
  4. SmashThat is it. No account, no sign-up, and the code does not expire.

Booking for a larger group? Use the team building page and tick the Heroes box on the form. If the organizer qualifies, the whole booking gets the 15%.

What You Get

Not a one-time coupon. It applies every time you come in, on any session we run, for as long as you keep serving or have served.

A free session recording

Every Heroes booking includes a free video of your session, emailed to you after your visit. If you would rather not be filmed, just tell us and we will skip it.

Bring whoever you like

The 15% applies to your booking, so the people smashing with you get it too. You just need to be one of them.

The Fine Print

  • One discount at a time. The Heroes 15% does not combine with our 10% multi-activity bundle discount. You get whichever is better, which is always the 15%.
  • You have to be in the session. The discount is for you as a participant. It is not transferable, and you cannot book a session you are not attending.
  • ID is checked at arrival. If you are not there, or cannot show ID that covers one of the eight groups, the discount comes off and the standard rate is due before the session starts.
  • Session video. One video per booking, no cash value, and everyone in the session needs to be covered by the media release in our waiver. Ragescape does use session photos and video in our marketing and on social media, as set out in the waiver. If you want something taken down, ask us and we will remove it.
  • Your code is yours. We issue the code to the person who qualifies, for bookings they are in. Passing it around is not what it is for, and the ID check at arrival is how we keep it honest.
  • Normal booking terms still apply. See our no-refund and reschedule policy.
