Who We Are
This Privacy Policy applies to Jardine Entertainment LLC, doing business as RageScape ("RageScape," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate RageScape Rage & Escape Rooms located at 1906 Oceanside Blvd, Ste WX, Oceanside, California 92054.
This policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information we obtain through our website at www.ragescaperooms.com, our online booking platform, our furniture donation and pickup service, our waiver and intake processes, and any other services we provide (collectively, the "Services").
By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Services.
Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly, and information collected automatically when you use our website.
Information You Provide to Us
- Booking & reservation details — your name, email address, phone number, the experience and time slot you select, party size, and any notes you add when scheduling through our online booking system.
- Payment information — when you pay for a booking or a furniture pickup, payment is processed by our payment providers (Acuity Scheduling and Square). We do not collect or store your full card number; we may receive limited confirmation details such as the amount paid and a transaction reference.
- Waiver & intake information — to participate, you (or a parent/guardian for a minor) complete a liability waiver, which may include your name, signature, date, age confirmation, and emergency or guardian contact details.
- Furniture donation details — if you use our donation and pickup service, we collect your pickup address, item descriptions, optional photos you upload, and contact details to schedule and quote the pickup.
- Video recordings & delivery details — if you purchase a video recording of your experience, we capture that recording and use your email address to deliver it to you through a file-transfer service (WeTransfer). See Section 05 for details.
- Communications — messages, questions, or feedback you send us by email, phone, web form, or social media.
- Marketing preferences — if you opt in, your email address for newsletters and promotions, and any promo codes you use.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device & usage data — your IP address, browser type, device type and operating system, the pages you visit, the links you click, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits.
- Approximate location — a general geographic area derived from your IP address (not precise GPS location).
- Cookies & similar technologies — small data files stored on your device. See Section 06 for details and your choices.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To process, confirm, and manage your bookings, reservations, and furniture pickups.
- To process payments through our payment providers.
- To send you booking confirmations, reminders, receipts, and service-related communications.
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- To send promotional emails and offers — only if you have opted in — which you can stop at any time using the unsubscribe link.
- To operate, maintain, analyze, and improve our website and Services.
- To measure and improve our advertising, and to show relevant ads (see Section 07).
- To maintain safety, enforce our waivers and policies, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
Information About Minors
RageScape welcomes guests of many ages, and certain experiences may be enjoyed by minors when accompanied or authorized by a parent or legal guardian and covered by a signed liability waiver.
When a minor participates, the personal information required for the waiver and booking is provided by the parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for that information. We do not direct our online Services to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information through our website without parental consent, please contact us at ragescaperooms@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it.

Cookies & Tracking
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We use cookies and similar technologies for the following general purposes:
- Essential cookies — required for the website and booking tools to function properly.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Advertising cookies — used to measure and personalize ads, including remarketing (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Pixel).
You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting existing cookies or blocking new ones. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of our website function. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal; because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, our website does not currently respond to them, but we honor the cookie choices you make through the consent banner.
Advertising & Remarketing
We advertise our Services online, including through Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Using cookies and similar technologies, these platforms may show our ads to people who have previously visited our website or searched for related terms ("remarketing"), and help us measure how our ads perform.
You have several ways to control personalized advertising:
- Google Ads Settings: adssettings.google.com
- Google Analytics Opt-out: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Meta ad preferences: manage in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
- Industry opt-out tools: Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.
You can also reject advertising cookies directly through our cookie consent banner (see Section 06).

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
- Booking and waiver records are retained for as long as needed for operational, safety, and legal/liability purposes.
- Payment and transaction records are retained as required by tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
- Marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured in our analytics tools.
When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it.

Data Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect it from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.
These measures include using reputable, industry-standard third-party platforms for booking, payment, and data storage; limiting access to personal information to authorized staff only; and using secure connections (HTTPS) across our website.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.
