Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. No legalese walls — just plain, honest language.

Section 01

Who We Are

This Privacy Policy applies to Jardine Entertainment LLC, doing business as Ragescape ("Ragescape," "we," "us," or "our"). We operate Ragescape Rage & Escape Rooms located at 1906 Oceanside Blvd, Ste WX, Oceanside, California 92054.

This policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information we obtain through our website at www.ragescaperooms.com, our online booking platform, our furniture donation and pickup service, our waiver and intake processes, our phone line and its AI phone assistant, the chat assistant on our website, and any other services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Services.

Section 02

Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly, and information collected automatically when you use our website.

Information You Provide to Us

  • Booking & reservation details — your name, email address, phone number, the experience and time slot you select, party size, and any notes you add when scheduling through our online booking system.
  • Payment information — when you pay for a booking or a furniture pickup, payment is processed by our payment providers (Acuity Scheduling and Square). We do not collect or store your full card number; we may receive limited confirmation details such as the amount paid and a transaction reference.
  • Waiver & intake information — to participate, you (or a parent or legal guardian signing on behalf of a minor) complete a liability waiver on our website. The waiver record contains your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and the age it produces, the attractions you selected, your booking reference if you have one, the acknowledgments you check, the name you type and the signature you draw, and the full text of the agreement exactly as it appeared to you. As evidence that the signature is yours, it also records the IP address you signed from, a description of your browser and device, and the date and time of signing. If you are signing for a minor, the record additionally contains each minor’s name and date of birth.
  • Offers we show you while you sign — the waiver page shows a small number of our own offers, such as another attraction or a seasonal special. We record when one is displayed to you, when you tap it, and when you ask us to email it to you, together with the name and email address you have entered on the waiver at that moment and which attractions you selected. That is how we tell which offers are worth showing and which are a waste of your attention. These are our own offers only: we do not sell this space, we do not carry third-party advertising here, and none of this is passed to an advertising network.
  • Age and identity verification — before an adult waiver is accepted we confirm you are 18 or older in one of two ways. You may scan the barcode on the back of your driver’s license or state ID using your own phone: the barcode is decoded in your own browser and is never uploaded to us, and from it we keep only the name printed on the document, your date of birth, the document type, the issuing state, and the document’s expiration date. We do not capture or keep an image of the document, we never read your license or ID number, and we do not read your address, height, weight, or eye color. Alternatively, a staff member may inspect your ID in person and record that they did so together with their own identifier. California Civil Code § 1798.90.1 permits scanning an identification document solely to verify age or authenticity; accordingly we use this information only for that purpose, never for marketing, and we do not sell or share it.
  • Furniture donation details — if you use our donation and pickup service, we collect your pickup address, item descriptions, optional photos you upload, and contact details to schedule and quote the pickup.
  • Video recordings & delivery details — if you purchase a video recording of your experience, we capture that recording and use your email address to deliver it to you through a file-transfer service (WeTransfer). See Section 05 for details.
  • Communications — messages, questions, or feedback you send us by email, phone, web form, or social media.
  • Calls answered by our AI phone assistant — when a call to our phone line is answered by our AI assistant, Roxy, the call is recorded and transcribed. We receive the number you are calling from, the time and length of the call, a written transcript and summary of the call, and anything you choose to tell the assistant, such as your name, email address, callback number, group size, preferred dates, or a message for our team. The assistant tells you at the start of every call that it is an AI and that the call may be recorded. If you prefer not to be recorded, you can end the call and email us instead.
  • Website chat — if you use the chat assistant on our website (also an AI, and labeled as one), we receive the messages you type, the page you are on, and anything you choose to share, such as your name, email address, mobile number, group size and preferred dates when you ask it to hold a booking. Please do not type payment card numbers or other sensitive information into the chat; payments only happen on our secure payment pages. We save the text of each chat conversation (with any card-like number automatically removed) so our team can review it and improve the assistant.
  • Marketing preferences — if you opt in, your email address for newsletters and promotions, and any promo codes you use.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & usage data — your IP address, browser type, device type and operating system, the pages you visit, the links you click, referring URLs, and the dates and times of your visits.
  • Chat security and limits — to stop automated or abusive use of the website chat, we use your IP address and a random identifier stored on your device to limit how many messages can be sent, to cap how many unpaid bookings can be held from one device, and, if the chat is misused again after a warning, to block that IP address and device from the chat.
  • Website testing — our site sets a first-party cookie containing a random visitor identifier so that some visitors see a new feature (such as the chat assistant) while others see the existing page, and we can compare which leads to more bookings. It does not contain your name or contact details. If you opt out through our privacy banner or the "Do Not Sell or Share" link, this identifier is not set and the test records nothing about your visit.
  • Approximate location — a general geographic area derived from your IP address (not precise GPS location).
  • Cookies & similar technologies — small data files stored on your device. See Section 06 for details and your choices.
Section 03

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To process, confirm, and manage your bookings, reservations, and furniture pickups.
  • To process payments through our payment providers.
  • To send you booking confirmations, reminders, receipts, and service-related communications.
  • To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
  • To send promotional emails and offers — only if you have opted in — which you can stop at any time using the unsubscribe link.
  • To operate, maintain, analyze, and improve our website and Services.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, and to show relevant ads (see Section 07).
  • To measure which of our own offers guests find useful, so that the ones shown on the waiver page are relevant rather than filler.
  • To confirm that a participant meets the minimum age for the attraction they booked, and that the identification presented is authentic.
  • To answer calls and website chats with our AI assistants, check availability and prices, hold bundle bookings you request, send you the links or information you ask for, and pass your messages to our team.
  • To review the quality of our AI assistants and improve their answers.
  • To protect our phone line and website chat from automated, abusive or off-topic use.
  • To maintain safety, enforce our waivers and policies, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.
Section 04

Information About Minors

Ragescape welcomes guests of many ages, and certain experiences may be enjoyed by minors when accompanied or authorized by a parent or legal guardian and covered by a signed liability waiver.

When a minor participates, the personal information required for the waiver and booking is provided by the parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for that information. We do not direct our online Services to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Where a waiver covers a minor, the record contains that child’s name and date of birth, the attractions they are cleared for, and the signing adult’s own waiver information. Because the time limit for a minor to bring a claim does not begin to run until they turn 18, waiver records naming a minor are kept significantly longer than others — see Section 08.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information through our website without parental consent, please contact us at ragescaperooms@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it.

Section 05

Third-Party Services

We rely on reputable third-party platforms to operate our Services. These providers process certain information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies, linked below.

  • Acuity Scheduling Booking Online scheduling platform (a Squarespace company) used to book and pay for experiences. Collects your name, email, phone, booking details, and payment. Privacy Policy →
  • Square Payment processor for bookings and furniture pickups. Handles card information securely; we do not store your full payment card data. Privacy Policy →
  • Google Analytics Website analytics platform. Collects anonymized usage data including pages visited, session duration, device type, and approximate location, to help us understand how visitors use our site. Privacy Policy →
  • Google Ads Advertising platform used to deliver ads to people who have searched relevant terms or visited our website (remarketing), and to measure ad clicks and conversions. Privacy Policy →
  • Google Tag Manager Tag management system used to deploy tracking and measurement scripts on our website. Privacy Policy →
  • Cookie Consent Manager Consent A cookie consent tool built and hosted on our own website that displays our cookie banner and records your consent preferences so you can accept or reject non-essential cookies. Because it runs on our own server rather than an outside company's, your consent choices are not shared with an external consent-management vendor.
  • Meta — Facebook & Instagram Social media advertising platform. We may use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram ads and to build advertising audiences. Privacy Policy →
  • FluentCRM Email marketing software installed on our own website (self-hosted) used to manage newsletter subscribers and send promotional emails to those who have opted in. Because it runs on our own server rather than an outside company’s, your subscriber data is not shared with an external email marketing vendor. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • Web3Forms Forms Form-submission service that delivers furniture donation inquiries and similar form entries to our business email. Processes the contact details you enter into those forms. Privacy Policy →
  • WeTransfer File Delivery File-transfer service used to email video recordings to clients who purchase a recording of their experience. We provide your email address and the recording file so it can be delivered to you. Privacy Policy →
  • Retell AI AI Phone Voice AI platform that answers calls to our phone line when our team cannot. It receives the call audio and the number you are calling from, records and transcribes the call, and produces the assistant's spoken replies using an AI language model. It sends us the transcript, a summary, and the details you give the assistant, and stores the call recording on our behalf. Privacy Policy →
  • Anthropic AI Chat Provides the AI model (Claude) behind the chat assistant on our website. The messages you type, together with information about our business, are sent to Anthropic to generate replies. Under Anthropic's commercial terms it may not use this content to train its models. Privacy Policy →
  • Netlify Hosting Web hosting platform for certain pages (such as our booking and furniture donation pages). May process standard server and request data such as IP addresses for delivery and security. Privacy Policy →
  • HostGator Hosting Web host for www.ragescaperooms.com. Signed waivers — including the signature image and the age and identity verification details described in Section 02 — are stored in this website’s own database on our hosting account, not with a third-party form provider. In the course of delivering the site, our host processes standard server data such as IP addresses. Privacy Policy →
  • Gmail Waiver archive A copy of each signed waiver is emailed to the address you provide, so that you keep your own copy, and a second copy is emailed to a dedicated internal Ragescape archive mailbox so that a record exists independently of the website. Access to that mailbox is limited to authorized Ragescape staff. Privacy Policy →
  • Google Forms & Google Sheets Used to collect waitlist signups and internal operational reporting. Our liability waivers were collected on a Google Form until August 2026; waivers signed from that point onward are collected on this website instead and stored as described in Section 02. Waivers signed on the earlier Google Form are retained there for the periods set out in Section 08. Access is limited to authorized Ragescape staff. Privacy Policy →

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some uses of advertising platforms above may be considered "sharing" under California law — see Sections 07 and 09 for your choices.

Section 06

Cookies & Tracking

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We use cookies and similar technologies for the following general purposes:

  • Essential cookies — required for the website and booking tools to function properly.
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Advertising cookies — used to measure and personalize ads, including remarketing (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Pixel).
  • Chat and testing storage — the website chat uses your browser's session storage to keep the conversation on screen while you move between pages (cleared when you close the tab), and local storage to remember for 30 days if the chat has been closed to your device. Our website testing uses a first-party visitor cookie (180 days) and a short session cookie (30 minutes). None of these are shared with advertising networks.
Managing your cookie preferences: We use our own self-hosted cookie consent banner that lets you accept or reject non-essential cookie categories. You can change your choices at any time by reopening the consent banner — including through the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our website footer.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting existing cookies or blocking new ones. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect how parts of our website function. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal; because there is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, our website does not currently respond to them, but we honor the cookie choices you make through the consent banner.

Section 07

Advertising & Remarketing

We advertise our Services online, including through Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Using cookies and similar technologies, these platforms may show our ads to people who have previously visited our website or searched for related terms ("remarketing"), and help us measure how our ads perform.

You have several ways to control personalized advertising:

You can also reject advertising cookies directly through our cookie consent banner (see Section 06).

Section 08

Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

  • Signed waivers are kept for as long as a claim arising from the visit could still be brought, plus a reasonable margin. For an adult that period runs from the date of the visit; for a minor it does not begin until they turn 18, so records naming a minor are retained until well after that.
  • Age and identity verification details exist only as part of the waiver record they belong to, and are deleted when that record is deleted. They are never held separately or combined into any other list.
  • Offer records — which offers were shown, tapped, or emailed, and to whom — are kept for 24 months so we can compare one season against the last, then deleted.
  • Front-desk access records — which staff member signed in to the waiver lookup, from what address, and which waivers they looked up — are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically, because those records contain guest names.
  • Booking records are retained for as long as needed for operational, safety, and legal or liability purposes.
  • Payment and transaction records are retained as required by tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
  • Marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
  • AI phone assistant records — the call record, transcript, summary, and any message you left are kept in our website database for 24 months and then deleted automatically. The audio recording is stored by Retell AI on our behalf under its retention settings.
  • Website chat conversations are saved in our website database for 90 days so our team can review them, find questions the assistant could not answer, and improve its answers; they are then deleted automatically. They are not used for advertising. Anything you ask the chat to pass to our team, and any booking it holds for you, is kept like our other enquiries and bookings.
  • Chat limits and blocks — message counters last no longer than 24 hours, records used to cap unpaid bookings are deleted after 8 days, and a block on an IP address or device remains until a staff member removes it.
  • Website testing records are kept for 90 days. The testing cookie expires after 180 days.
  • Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured in our analytics tools.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it.

Section 09

Your Rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you certain rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Know — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Right to Delete — request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to Correct — request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing — direct us not to "sell" or "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Information — limit the use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide our Services.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

A note about deleting a waiver. A signed waiver is a contract we may need in order to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim, which is one of the circumstances in which the CCPA permits us to keep information despite a deletion request (Civ. Code § 1798.105(d)). We will act on a request to delete your marketing, booking, and enquiry information, and if we are retaining a waiver on this basis we will tell you so plainly rather than simply declining. Your right to know what the waiver contains, and your right to have it corrected, are unaffected.

Sensitive personal information. The only sensitive personal information we handle is the age and identity verification data described in Section 02. We use it solely to confirm that a participant is old enough for the attraction they booked and that the document presented is authentic — a purpose for which the CCPA does not require us to offer a right to limit — and we do not use it to infer any characteristic about you. We do not sell or share it, and it is not used for advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: Ragescape does not sell personal information for money. We do use advertising platforms that may constitute "sharing" under CCPA. To opt out of this sharing for advertising purposes, use the opt-out links in Section 07, reopen our cookie consent banner via the footer link, or contact us directly at ragescaperooms@gmail.com.
Section 10

Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect it from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

These measures include using reputable, industry-standard third-party platforms for booking, payment, and data storage; limiting access to personal information to authorized staff only; and using secure connections (HTTPS) across our website.

Waiver records are held in our own website database rather than in a shared public form, and a second copy of each signed waiver is emailed to a dedicated internal archive mailbox. Staff reach waivers through a lookup page that requires an individual staff code — not a shared password — and every sign-in, every failed attempt, and every search is recorded together with the network address it came from, so unusual access is visible after the fact. An address that fails repeatedly is locked out automatically, and the owner is notified.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.

If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately at ragescaperooms@gmail.com.

Section 11

Contact Us & Privacy Requests

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, want to exercise your privacy rights, or have concerns about how we handle your personal information, please contact us using the information below.

We are committed to resolving privacy concerns promptly and transparently. For CCPA requests, we will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

Previous versions of this Privacy Policy are available upon request by contacting us at ragescaperooms@gmail.com.

Section 13

Text messages (SMS)

If you tick the marketing text box at ragescaperooms.com/text-alerts/ (or the same box on our booking page) and tap Sign up, or text SMASH to (760) 509-2819, you are agreeing to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (exclusive deals and offer alerts) from Jardine Entertainment LLC, doing business as Ragescape. Booking-related texts are sent only when you give us your number for a booking, quote or waiver. We collect your mobile number and the date, time and page on which you gave consent.

You may receive two kinds of message. Transactional messages — booking confirmations and changes, reminders, one-time verification codes, and price quotes or booking links you have asked us to send — are sent only in connection with your booking. Marketing messages — exclusive deals and offer alerts — are sent only if you gave express consent, at approximately 2–4 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your bookings or our emails to you.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and mobile opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with third parties or lead generators. All other categories of data exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You can review how our text messaging programme works, and opt in or out, on our Text Alerts page.

Section 14

Business Accounts & Employee Perks

This section applies if a company applies for a business account with us (invoiced, “Net 30” billing), uses the business account portal, or enrolls its staff in an employee perk plan. Business accounts are offered only to businesses, but the people who apply, sign, use the portal or join a perk plan are individuals, so this is what we hold about them.

What we collect

  • Credit application. The company’s legal and trade name, entity type, state and year formed, number of employees, an optional revenue range, website, business address and phone, federal employer identification number (EIN), the credit requested and expected monthly spend, and how you heard about us. For the person applying: name, title, email (confirmed with a one-time code) and phone, plus the name, email and phone of the accounts payable contact.
  • EIN. Stored encrypted. Staff normally see only the last four digits, and each time a manager reveals the full number it is logged.
  • References. The company name, contact person, email and phone of the trade and bank references you list. We do not ask for bank account or routing numbers.
  • Personal guaranty. Required in some cases, for example for sole proprietors, general partnerships and larger credit requests. We collect the guarantor’s full legal name, email and home address and store them encrypted. We never ask for a Social Security number or date of birth. By signing, the guarantor authorizes us to obtain their consumer credit report; we do not pull one automatically and would do so only to evaluate or collect the credit they guaranteed.
  • Electronic signatures. For each agreement signed (account terms, card authorization, guaranty): the typed name, the drawn signature, the IP address and a description of the browser and device, the time, and an exact copy of the text signed. The account can view its signed copies in the portal.
  • Documents. Anything you upload, such as a W-9, certificate of insurance, certificate of good standing, financial statements or purchase orders.
  • Card on file. The card is entered on Square’s secure form. We keep only Square’s customer and card references, the card brand, last four digits, expiry month and year, card type and billing ZIP code. We never see or store the full card number or security code. Bank (ACH) payments are also handled by Square, and we do not store bank account details.
  • Portal users. Name, email, role and spending limit. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash. For two-step sign-in we keep an authenticator-app secret (encrypted) and backup codes (hashed), or send one-time codes to your email. We log sign-ins and sign-in attempts with the IP address, browser description and a device identifier, and email you when a new device signs in.
  • Bookings and billing. Events booked, headcount, on-site contact name and phone, PO numbers, cost centers, notes, invoices, payments, credits, disputes and support messages.
  • Employee perk rosters. The employer gives us each enrolled employee’s name and work email; employees do not sign up themselves. For each perk booking we record what was booked, when, and whether it was attended, missed or cancelled. Repeated no-shows pause perk booking for a period, and both the employee and the company’s account administrators are told.
  • Booking with coworkers. An enrolled employee can book a perk session together with up to two enrolled coworkers from the same company. To do that, they see the names (not the email addresses) of their company’s enrolled coworkers. Everyone included gets an email naming who booked them in. The booking note we keep records the names of the employees covered, the number of guests, and the amount guests pay at check-in.

How we use it

  • Credit decisions. To decide whether to extend credit and how much, to check that an application is genuine and not a duplicate, and to review accounts periodically. As part of that review we look up the company’s website and email domain (public DNS and mail records, and whether the website loads), check the applicant’s and accounts payable contact’s email addresses against our own past booking records, and contact the references you list.
  • Billing. To book events, issue invoices, take payments, and send statements, reminders and receipts, and to charge the card on file as the signed card authorization allows, including for overdue invoices after advance notice by email.
  • Security and records. To run the portal securely and keep a tamper-evident audit trail of who did what and when, including the IP address, for accounting, dispute resolution and fraud prevention.
  • Collections and chargebacks. If an account goes unpaid or a payment is disputed, we may assemble account records, signed agreements and correspondence into a file for our own use, a collection agency, our payment processor or a court.

We do not use business account information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Who sees it

  • References. We tell each reference the company’s name and the applicant’s name and title so they can respond. What a reference tells us is kept confidential and is not shown to the applicant.
  • Square. Receives the company name, the contact’s name, email and phone, the card details you enter, and payment amounts and invoice numbers.
  • Acuity Scheduling. Receives the name and email of the person booking (or of the employee, for perk bookings) and the event notes, so the booking appears on our calendar. For employee perks we create an individual discount code tied to the employee’s work email.
  • Chopscape LLC, only if you choose. Chopscape LLC runs the axe throwing venue next door and is a separate company. If you choose to apply with both venues, your company and contact details (not your EIN, card, guarantor or references) are passed to it to prefill its application. If your company has accounts with both, or a Duo perk plan, the two companies exchange account numbers, account status and perk-plan details, and a portal user’s email address when they switch between the two portals. Each company bills separately and keeps its own records.
  • Service providers and authorities. HostGator hosts the website that stores these records, and account emails are sent from that website through our email provider. Collection agencies, lawyers and courts receive records only if an account goes unpaid or a legal claim arises.

How long we keep it

Business account records (applications, signed agreements, documents, invoices, payments, audit records and perk records) are financial and legal records. We keep them while the account is open and afterwards for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, collection or legal purposes, and in any case for at least as long as federal credit and tax rules require. Ending an employee’s enrollment or removing a portal user stops their access but does not erase the history of what was booked or billed. Short-lived items such as sign-in codes and rate-limit counters expire within minutes to hours.

Cookies and browser storage

The portal sets a device cookie (one year) so it can recognize devices you have already signed in from, and employee perk sign-in sets a session cookie that lasts 12 hours. Both are essential and are not used for advertising. While you fill in an application, your browser stores a reference to it so you can resume later; on a shared computer, clear your browser storage when you finish.

Your rights

Your California privacy rights (Section 09) apply. Because these are records of a credit relationship and signed contracts, we may keep them despite a deletion request where the law allows, for example to complete the transaction, meet legal obligations, or establish or defend legal claims, and we will tell you when that is the reason.

This Privacy Policy is provided for general informational purposes and reflects Ragescape's current practices. It is not legal advice. For your specific obligations, you may wish to have it reviewed by a qualified attorney.
