This notice explains how Jardine Entertainment LLC (Ragescape) and Chopscape LLC (Chopscape) collect and use personal information about creator partners in the Creator Partner Program, what is shown publicly on your creator page, and what we show you about followers. Our general website privacy policy is here.
Held by Stripe, not us: your bank account, identity documents, Social Security or tax ID number and W-9 information, under the Stripe Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab).
Your creator page at ragescaperooms.com/c/yourcode/ shows your approved display name, photo, bio, headline, pick note, video link and social handles, your code, and that you are a paid partner. After a code has 10 or more visited bookings, the page may show how many people have booked through it. The page is kept out of search engines, but anyone with the link can see it. Removing any item takes it down straight away. We delete replaced or removed photos.

For each booking credited to you, your portal shows the date, venue, attraction, status and your fee. We never show followers' names, emails, phone numbers or payment details. Visits are counted with a scrambled one-way code made from the visitor's IP address, browser and the date, so we can count unique visitors without knowing who they are. The platform a visit came from is worked out from the link tag, the in-app browser or the referring website. To check for self-referrals, we compare scrambled versions of a guest's email and phone with yours; we never show you the result.
When someone opens a creator link, our website saves the code in a small first-party cookie (rshr_ref, plus rshr_refk noting that it is a creator code) on their browser for 30 days, so their discount and your credit follow them to our booking pages. It contains only the code, is not used for advertising, and can be cleared in the browser at any time.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We keep your account information while your account is open. After it closes we take your page down straight away, keep payment, fee and tax records, the audit log and agreement records for 7 years for tax, accounting and legal purposes, and delete or anonymise other information within 12 months. Anonymous visit counts may be kept longer as statistics.
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, along with the right to limit use of sensitive information (we only use it to pay you and meet legal duties) and the right not to be treated differently for using these rights. Some records must be kept even after a deletion request, as explained above. To make a request, email info@ragescaperooms.com or open a support request in your portal. We will confirm your identity using your account email and reply within 45 days. You may use an authorised agent; we will verify both you and the agent.
We protect the portal with encrypted connections, hashed passwords, rate limits and an audit log of sensitive actions. Please use a strong password that you do not use elsewhere.
The Program is only for adults aged 18 or over, and we do not knowingly collect information from children for it.
If we change this notice in a meaningful way we will email you and update the date above.
